During my stay, I really enjoyed the beautiful gardens that provided a peaceful retreat from the bustle of the city. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs, ensuring we were comfortable at every turn. The breakfast had a fantastic variety that included both continental and Egyptian options, making it a delightful start to each day. We also appreciated the relaxing atmosphere around the heated pools, perfect for unwinding after exploring nearby attractions.

The stay at Lazib Inn Resort & Spa exceeded expectations with its stunning suite featuring a super king-size bed and picturesque views of Qaroun Lake. The friendly and attentive service, exemplified by the team always ready to assist, made the experience even better. The infinity pools were beautifully designed, creating a serene environment, and The Blue Donkey restaurant offered fantastic local dishes that were well-prepared and satisfying.

The cleanliness leaves something to be desired, with insects like big ants found in the bathroom. Room amenities are outdated, such as the non-working phone and an espresso machine that didn't run. Certain food options were limited and lacked variety, costing more than expected for the quality provided.

The staff treated us like royalty , from Mr Walid who made sure our dining experience was top-notch , to Mr Mostafa serving tea after dinner. The room was spacious and clean , every night we were met with fresh fruit , which was a pleasant surprise.

It wasn’t cheap , but the experience justified the cost.

I had an amazing stay at the resort! The staff were exceptionally attentive, especially Walid, who recommended great activities. My suite had beautiful decor and stunning views of the lake, making it a perfect relaxing getaway. Additionally, the dining experience was quite satisfying with well-prepared meals, though I wish there were more options on the menu.
